Siya Deshmukh
Hey heyy! My name is Siya Deshmukh and I’m a high school student in the Bay Area. My passion for art began almost 11 years ago. Since then, I’ve been learning various forms of visual art, from graphite shading, watercolor, and oil pastels, to colored pencil, digital, and acrylic painting. Over the past 8 years, I’ve primarily explored and enjoyed acrylic work. Through techniques, I have learned artistic themes, including still life, landscape, color matching, and conceptual work.

For the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of learning from an incredible artist, Komal Tambekar, based in India. She’s guided me throughout everything, from foundational shading to fine detailing. Komal’s always so patient, considerate, and ensures all of her students do their absolute best. As I’ve grown with her, she has pushed me past my expectations and provided me with confidence through each and every piece of work. Thanks to her, my execution of visual art has reached the level it is today.💗
